I've been looking into trying to get rough dosages for MAOI before smoking DMT. I have read the thread 'Smoking DMT after having taken an MAO Inhibitor' but there are 3 different dosages mentioned - 5-10g, 25g and 100g and I have no idea which one to follow?

Are there any strong advantages of using caapi over rue or vice versa?

I've had a search of the forums but cant find any answers so I apologise if this has been discussed previously, I would love a thread to read which clarifies it. I would have posted in the original thread that I have linked to, although I am still a new member so can't on that thread.

Drinking a tea from 2-3 grams of crushed Rue seeds an hour before smoking the DMT works wonders, in my experience! No need to boil the seeds for hours.
To avoid all risk, don't do this if you are a pregnant woman, the seeds may contain vasicinone and vasicine.

If I'm ever going to smoke DMT again, I'll make sure my body is saturated with harmalas! And that the smell of Palo Santo permeates the room.

I cant thank you enough for linking me to that thread! I have not seen it from browsing the Wiki and it provides a wealth of information.

I think I will get some Rue seeds, as you need less quantity, and that is favourable in my situation. Next task is to source some within the UK.

On a side note - I have recently seen the Wiki has been updated for smoking methods, and there is a new design for the machine but instead of being made from a bottle it's made from a candle style lightbulb. This seems much better than the 18.5cl glass bottle Machine I have due to a smaller volume. Does anybody have any comparisons or comments on either?
