Has anyone encountered this article already by Bernhard Guenther?
It started off as something interesting, but I had difficulties believing the statements about the Psychedelic movement being a way for the CIA to control the minds of people.

I know the topic on McKenna and the alleged CIA connection has been covered on the forum, but I would like to know what you guys think of the rest of these statements made in the article about the Cointelpro.

Hope this does not infringe the no conspiracy theory rule, as is not my intention to start that kind of discussion. Was just wondering what you guys think about this kind of article and the light it shines on the psychedelic movement.

As for my personal opinion this does not at all brush with my experiences with entheogens. If anything these experiences have made me look at society in a much more critical way and have led me to try techniques that I otherwise wouldn't have tried.
