Hi,

I REMOVED my first 50g of mhrb powder today and I´m planning on trying cyb´s salt tek on the weekend. I read that lye is aggressive to glass containers. So should I better use a platic mixing bottle or is it safe to use glass bottles, which in case of 0,75l table water bottles perfectly fit 700ml of liquid and will be exactly the right size for this tek and amount of bark powder.

DO NOT use plastic...for many, many reasons (all of which can be found here at the Nexus)

Use Glass...the tek calls for warm water baths and solvent dissolves plastic.
Also you will need a 1 litre bottle as you have to leave room for the solvent.

Also Please research a little before posting, Thanks.

Thank you, I´m not a native speaker, so reading english texts particularly technical stuff like teks is quite difficult for me. Sorry if I have overlooked a given information.
