http://sci-hub.org/ doesn't seem to work for me - the request times out before bringing anything up. I presume the service isn't exactly legal - is it prone to going down a lot?

The US and a few other repressive regimes censor out some websites such as sci-hub and libgen. If your in someplace like iran, the US, north korea, etc. you might need to use a proxy to access scientific sites like those. Try the TOR bundle, its slow but free and fairly secure.

I'm in the US and the site works fine for me.
Fear, belief, love phenomena that determined the course of our lives. These forces begin long before we are born and continue after we perish. We cross and recross our old paths like figure skaters; our lives are not our own. From womb to tomb, we are bound to others. Past and present. And by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future.

Interesting, most seem to get redirected to an advertizing site or simply blocked.
I think its done at the ISP level, so apparently some can be lucky.
Being on a business, rather than residential, connection may make a difference too.

Does this link work for you? Otherwise you might want to get TOR. Or a friendly Nexian with TOR posts it here. (no TOR here for me)

Can't recall if this review paper has been posted previously in another thread but I thought it would be a good complementary paper to go with benzyme's upload and labordoman's request.

It's a longshot, but if anyone has a pdf/doc/epub/mobi/etc... of this book laying around I would be most obliged.
