Today..I tryed to buy a vapor genie today at a well suplyed smoke shop and they dont carry it anymore?

They said they cant get it anymore?

I asked them why and they told me.. [it isnt a real vaporizing device].. although said it used to be popular?

But..I think their customers are mostly pot smokers..

My vaporizing water pipe below .works quite well but i find im re lighting it 3 and 4 times to vape all the spice..
Im using a wad of volcano wet pad in the bowl ...maybe i need to clean the the volcano wool for quicker vaping?

starway: I don't think the water is necessary for freebase. Did you find the vapor too harsh without?
Also, it seems to me there is too much volume in your pipe, some of the vapor must recrystallize on all the surface of the walls, especially with the water cooling it down.

If you're the DIY type, build yourself a machine, mine works great. I'll post a picture if you want. It's made out of a salt shaker.

IME water has a diminutive effect on the vapor if any effect, as far as getting the full dose. It does create slight restriction when inhaling which I find beneficial. Without water the heat may start to melt the plastic bottle where the end of the stem end is located.

I have never seen the glass vapor genie in any any heads shops in my area. I did see a classic once. Also none of the employees talked to were even aware of its existence.

From the videos I watched before I got my gvg It didn't seem to produce very good vapor for Marijuana. It def works much better for DMT.

Water may not be necessary for freebase... but im just protecting my lungs by cooling vapor and trapping micro particles that pass through the water...

This pipe is made from a common water bottle with airtight lid and carb and pipe stem holes..
The little red pipe is a downsized pipe from my first pipe below also from water bottel..
I went to smaller red bottle to further compress the vapor...
But latley.. im having trouble vaping all the spice in one light...maybe its because the the stainless steel wool [im using from a volcano wet pad]..is too dirty cutting down on air flow??
the brass setup on first pipe was taken from the [[homemade V2 hardware store pipe that can be read about on nexus forum..
