I've been planning to do my 4th Ayahuasca session right, and for quite some time now. I started preparations about 27 days ago with diet, I switched from a Paleo diet, to full Vegan. I eat tons of fruits,veggies, super foods, I have been decalcifying my pineal gland and riding myself of toxic metals and chemicals by using Nascent Iodine daily (and getting rid of anything fluoridated in my consumption including switching to a wonderful Weleda Calendula toothpast).

While I did this I maintained my workout regimen (6-7 days a week, body building), I meditate daily, I practice Buddhist & Kundalini Chakra as wel as mindfulness and Zen techniques, for about an hour average. I did about 1 week of Bikram yoga and have been doing yoga almost daily for 20-50 minutes. I've been doing ritual (Tantric) purification showers daily (with a blessing/prayer based on the song of Solomon, found in chapter 43 of "Tantra Without Tears", Original Falcon, written by Dr. Christopher S. Hyatt and S. Jason Black).

I'd say I was well prepared, I even went down about 5% in body fat during this period, so I was well on my way to be prepared, then Tuesday 2 weeks ago I got a soar throat, the next day a full blown cold, and that Saturday (not last, but the one before that) I woke up at 6:30 coughing so bad I had to go to the hospital... Lung infection & sinusitis = Amoxicillin for a week (antibiotics). I got of then on Friday, Saturday I had an almost total relapse, Monday I went to my MD, then got a lung foto taken at the hospital, as I was quite concerned it might be lung cancer (used to smoke age 12-22, but was never really addicted, just casual, I decided to quit 100% 14th January this year). Results "looks good, all free and clear, just rest and recover"... Now I am supposed to go on vacation to Paris, then Mimizan France tomorrow, so today I got an acupuncture treatment (45 needles front & back), which caused significant improvement in my well being and general feeling of health, I then headed to the Smart Shop here in The Hague, purchased Mimosa and Syrian Rue and started to brew.

(I figured, no better time to "heal" and cleanse a-la-La-Purga style, mentally, spiritually and physically then when I am actually sick)

Preparation, using my distilled prior knowledge and expertise in brewing sauce:

1a. 500ml water (over which a prayer was said to purify) with shredded Paganum Hermala (Syrian Rue) on lowest pitch for 50 minutes.

1b. 500ml water (over which a prayer was said to purify) with shredded Jurema Preta (Mimosa Hostillis) on lowest pitch for 50 minutes.

1c. Combined the drained liquid.

1d. Painstakingly filtered the liquid.

2a. 700ml water (blessed) with the residue for +1 hour.

2b. Filtered and subtracted 99.9% of all the raw material.

3a. Combined the first batch with the second (350ml left), this just finished cooking for about 1.5 hours and is distilled down beautifully to 100ml.

3b. I filtered the brew, and removed the beautiful caramelised layer on top of the brew, to a almost 100% pure dark brown but clear sauce.

3c. I said another prayer using a large Quartz crystal, which I then proceeded to place in the brew, which is now cooling and breathing with some fresh air in the window.

4. Consume the sauce, wash down with the juice of 2 squeezed lemons.

5. (post trip) have some nice herbal green/ginger tea, a lovely avocado salad and the 5 billion little critters in my probiotics.

Anyone interested, this is the prayer, if not, you can skip this part:
(Lord God Adonai, who has created man from earth to reflect thine own image and likeness, who has also created me as unworthy as I am. I pray thee [equilateral cross - not christian cross] to bless this water that it may be healthful to my body and soul that all delusion and ill will may depart from me. Lord God, almighty and ineffable, who didst lead thine people forth from the land of Egypt, and didst cause them to pass dry shod over the red sea. Grant that I may be cleansed by this brew from all my impieties and may appear blameless before thee. Aum.)

*Please note, I don't "believe" in god, am not religious nor Hebrew, this is just a ritual performed by a Spiritual entity. I also find the idea amusing of praying to a possible god of the *Héétch-jews* / possible alien deitic king, who was likely the entity responsible for the genetic hybridisation and creation (from earth) of 46 chromosome mammals calling themselves Homosapiens (or mehums/homonormalis).

Now, I will proceed to watch a some material on Ayahuasca to get myself in the mood, ritually cleanse my body with a shower (same prayer), humbly consume the cause for applause that is in the sauce, proceed to meditate and chill until it I get hit and then the usual singing/chanting/humming/dancing(if you could call it that) and journeying into the centre of my consciousness and the enjoyment of the dissolution of the boundaries of "reality" - in short: trip.

Thanks, it went absolutely wonderful and I had a light, but interesting trip. I wasn't swept away, and the things I did, it was like the Ayahuasca was letting me lead myself... Was really sublime.

I just went on vacation though and spent the last 2 days traveling, but the "after-effect" hit me yesterday, as I noticed the colours the sun illuminated on the back of a black chicken at my aunts farm. I arrived in Mimizane yesterday, and at night, after sundown, I could still see very well, like it wasn't really dark, however the people I was with where complaining how they couldn't see a thing...

I'll write up a trip report tomorrow morning when I'm well rested and settled in.

I will write my trip report after I share the following. Today, while relaxing in the sun and finally settling in to my vacation, I decided to put some of the thoughts I've been having lately on paper. Here's the short essay I came up with, which isn't intented to seriously, but just as food for thought...

Dibble dabble essay I "Food for Thought"

In the beginning there was the Word and the word was "Love".
Love is only real, after you hast made it real, otherwise it is just a word.....
Love isn't true love, unless you've truly made it love by making love truly.
Only when one really becomes awakened and aware - and truly loves the other, as well as itself - can it move to higher and higher planes of existence, making transcendence a question of transformation through water, fire and air to speak from a blameless heart and see through clear eyes.
Pure love then, is the highest high, if it has risen above the clouds of morality and restriction.

Delusion is illusion; Illusion is perception;
Perception is reality; reality is reality...
Reality is just another illusion. Etc. Ad nauseum.

Morality is the delusion that creates the illusion in the actor's mind that something, in fact anything: action, in-action, decision, in-decision, thought, feeling or judgement can be predetermined to be one of two things either good or bad, left or right, dark or light, good or evil, black or white, without considering the outcome it produces or its consequences.

This is unity divided, mind constrained to two dimensional thought. The choice is "Either, Or". This is the dualistic constraint on a multi-dimensional instrument.

If you leave behind Left-Right hand or brain spherical thinking, you might consider Upside-down, Downside-up or Up and Down directional thought patterns. When you do this, you step through the looking glass that is the delusion of the two dimensional plane of existence.

When you step through the looking glass and are on next level thinking, you find yourself thinking in three dimensional space and discover that you are able to move around, or at least you have the space to do so.

You can go left, right, but also up and down, thus transcending the rigidity of the previous model by literally moving above and beyond morality.

A three dimensional entity can operate in, and manipulate the space it inhabits. A 3D being can also influence the reality of the two dimensional. However, a two dimensional entity can only apprehend, understand and conceive what is in its 2D world, thus can only manipulate and inhabit its perceived reality.

Once one eye is turned inward and another outward, one may see more than two. Once a third eye is open, put differently, if your eyes are truly opened you can see through all eyes.

To step from dualistic delusion, into the more real illusion of trinity in three dimensions is a shift in paradigm beyond good and evil. So, its not a "good" thing to become disillusioned from the delusion of moral clouds and rise above them, but it isn't "bad" either... It simply becomes the next level or plane of illusory reality.

The illusion you find yourself in when you inhabit the three dimensional plane is that you have only the choice to move left and right, up or down and to remain passive and do nothing. The boundary is that of space and the illusion that constrains your mind is time.

Further more, the reality that you perceive is linear time, i.e. you are moving like a boat on a river of time, this river can flow in only one direction and the "proof" that this is real is illustrated by the example of the effect a glass vase has when falling off of a table unto the ground. Once it is broken, it is final and can't be unbroken. This is an illustration of the perceived order of things on the material plane.

To move one step up, or rather forward, you must transcend this particular illusion. For this, consider that dualistic thought and duality are irrelevant in the "real" world. Also, that what you perceive to be real is bound by the physical senses; smell, taste, sight, touch and hearing. The second thing that limits the senses, in this case the 6th sense, which is thought - a sense outside of the three dimensional plane, which can't even be physically located in the material universe - is the illusion of one directional or linear time.

Conclusion, the "reality" you live in one single space-time-continum. However, just like the question of 'good and evil' becomes irrelevant when your perspective is broadened by birds-eye-view, because you realise it is either judgement post fact, or pre-assumption without considering result or consequence, or a combination of those two, space is relative and time doesn't "matter".

Can you see anybody without the attached label or classification? Can lovers look upon each other without seeing a separate category?

Separation is unity deluded.
Time is illusory and to the conscious mind,
