Why do people take there aya in seoerate doses like this? Isn't aya brewed and consumed together in the jungle? You'd think if they've been doing this for years its prollu effective. I'm not understanding why people separate brews and take at different times That moment when you wonder if this time you went too far....
Obviously everything discussed here is the fictional accounts of someone with an out there imagination. I mean really could any of these tales be real?

morning, wakeup, hows your reality tunnel today? I think its horses for courses, not everyone is the same and just because they do it in the jungle doesnt mean its the best way to do it. combined jungle brews may be to do with drinking multiple doeses in a ceremony as opposed to a single dose. If your drinking multiple doses the harmalas will stack up so you may not get the full effect from the first cup but could from the proceeding cups. I have found that when dosing a single serving a 10 minute gap between harmalas and Magic is optimal for my monkey suit. have you experimented with dose timings? INHALE, SURVIVE, ADAPT it's all in your mind, but what's your mind??? fool of the year

I've only ever vaped DMT and its why I'm asking these questions as I plan on taking it orally in the near future and wonder what is the best way to do it. I figured the folks in the jungle had it down to a science by now. But after being around here I see not everyone agrees. That moment when you wonder if this time you went too far....

When I did Pharma, I did Harmalas, then 20 minutes later DMT with a bite of bread, went for a very short walk and by the time I got in the door I was on the floor SUPER EFFECTIVE!

"The best" is something each person can conclude for themselves after some experimentation. I wouldn't get hung up on doing it "the best" way the first time you take it orally because that's only going to give you something to worry about before, during, and after your trip. "Oh, was this really the best way to do it?" "Is this way not optimal because I didn't do it like the indigenous people?" To me, sounds like a mind trap. Try it in some manner that has been tested and see how it does. Take some notes even. Then try it later a different tested way. Nothing to gain but knowledge. Nothing to lose but ignorance. <Happy Emoticon w/ 3rd Eye Open> {{{{{{{{{{{{Remember what you are}}}}}}}}}}}}}} Fear is a millstone.

Those guys in jungle do what fits to them, like they have plenty vine around and poke in huge amounts. We, on the other hand, must buy each gram and aim for max efficiency to support sustainability. One's "best" is not automatically everyone's "best". If the jungle brewers had our possibilities then they just might have adapt teks too. Just want to say, you can't substitute one's world into another's and call it all equal. Every region grows it's specifics and adapt. Yes we still must be open to learn from each other, then from there work your way.
Examples: * if a jungle brewer uses aluminium pots (because its all he has) would that mean this it "it" to be copied everywhere? * should we all start to cook over a wooden camp fire because they do? There might be some magic in a wood fire that a stove doesn't have.
An Native American saying: "Go on your vision quest, go on your mountain and come back with your own songs."
There has been a lot of debate about the fine line between learning values from a far away tribe and imitating for the sake of imitating, sometimes it gets preposterous. Where to stop?

Perhaps DMT gets metabolized quicker than the harmalas. So spacing out the dmt and harmala intake could ensure that there is enough anti-mao action going on in the gut once the DMT hits. The fact that they brew both together means nothing. Our culture values efficiency above all else, other cultures may have other priorities. For instance: The communion of both plants, ease of preperation and intake, various rules and regulations on how to consume the brew etc (just listing possible examples, not saying it's exactly like this).
