I haven't checked out American yet, but will give it a look in. It's kind of funny - from what I understand of Hicks, he didn't get his real break until he came across to the UK. I think the performance he did this side of the Atlantic was by far the best I've seen from him.

A good starting point for Stanhope would be one of his most recent shows, named Beer Hall Putsch.
