Hey guys I have read many stories of people smoking yopo, and having a good, positive psychedelic experience. I was wondering. Could I combine Yopo seeds and Caapi, and other hebrs (E.G Damiana, Blue Lotus, Passionflower, Salvia leaves, etc) to make some sort of changa, without any extractions or anything? Thanks

I've seen so many things being called yopo. Are you talking about Anadenanthera Colubrina/Peregrina? I guess I've never heard of people just smoking the seeds - not sure what that will give you. Sounds interesting though

Sounds interesting though Peregrina, yes Yes, I've read a fair few reports of people smoking the toasted seeds and having quite apparent psychedelic effects. I thought if I were to combine it wth an maoi, and something to combat the nausea, it could be quite pleasant

Maybe try it on it's own before adding the changa?

Be careful combining bufotenine with MAOI's. I could see harmalas adding to some of the unpleasant side effects of bufotenine, but I don't have experience with this combination so I can only speculate.

I took Yopo snuff 3 times and experienced heavy physical loads each time. Significant toxicity symptoms; Hot-flushing of the skin, extreme dizzyness, extreme nausea & vomitting, intense & acute sweating, muscle cramps & jerks. Adding MAOIs to that might be very dangerous. So I would advise against it.

I will try and find a reputable vendor, as Yopo contain only small levels of Bufo, with higher levels of 5-meo and n-n-DMT, but many vendors sell either as either, meaning sometimes you are ingested bufo when you want to be ingesting n-n, or vise-versa

Bufotenine is the most abundantly present alkaloid in Yopo. Up to 12% IIRC (could be this is A.Culibrina/Vilca, Yopo's cousin) I've thoroughly experinced Yopo snuff. Wonderfull visions, breakthrough and all, but the toxic symptoms are really harsh. You wouldn't want those to amplify one inch. So I certainly wouldn't try mixing Yopo with MAOIs.

Bufotenine is the main active. Long live the unwoke.

Hmm, okay, cheers for the info. So it is Cebil that contains the DMT, and Yopo, Bufo?

they both contain bufotenine as the main active alkaloids. Anadenanthera seeds are not a viable DMT source..the falcata variety of peregrina may be 5meoDMT dominant as reported in some literature, but that strain is not available through any vendors..youd have to go to the amazon and ask the piaroa for it or something. As far as you need to be concerned, you can assume any anadenanthera seeds on the market are high in bufotenine and too low in anything else. Long live the unwoke.
