So being almost done with the final reduction of cooks @ 3200ml in pot. I left it sit outside on the deck for the night and morning with the lid on.
It seems some of the soup may have evaporated.. not sure how much.
Could this effect results or evaporate the vinegar?
im really tired, hope its alrite.

a/b 500g acacia confusa , thicklights tek
taking it down to 2000ml tomorrow from 3000 right now. Currently stored in closed masons.
the concern was. From sitting out partially exposed to air, could that evaporate the vinegar and effect the acetate bond with the deem?
I just added more vinegar just incase

Sorry man ! You probably lost most of the magic in it. Ok, i tried to make a joke but i'm not good at that. Don't worry and just follow the process, it should be allright. would it be better to decant all the solution off and leave the debris on the bottom?
would any of the deem crash in the debri?
