I've just finished my acid cook about an hour ago, and now my saucepan has this oilburn-like colors? I did burn my MHRB at the first boil, so I hope that the color comes from some huge heat concentration or something?

It is supposed to be a stainless steel pan and it has same colorization on both sides, so I can't quite see how it would be the acid eating some kind of coating, but I'm no expert!
What do you guys think? Should I be concerned? Is my spice ruined? Shocked

Should be ok have you never burnt any food before? May have lost some in the burnt bark.

The colors are from the heating and cooling of the metal.
