began with literally just two blades of aq1 sauced online and certified, hopefully.
hydro environment. rhizome growth begins to establish.
after some time i pay prune and do a practice x tek while i diamond clone.

How much grass is needed for a decent sized 1g yeild extraction and how quick does the grass grow ???

i think i have read that the yield is loosely 0.001% so for 1g you would need say 1kg of wet raw starting amterial.

as far as how fast it grows, i have it under a flourescent light and it is taking it's sweet time.

Neat idea growing them hydroponically, I'm not sure if the artificial lighting will cut it for phalaris though.

Regarding yields, the literature says AQ1 grown in Italy was found to contain upwards 1% DMT! However expecting this high of a yield is likely just setting yourself up for disappointment. According to wikipedia, aquatica usually is closer to the .1% alkaloid range. Which would be a more reasonable expectation, but still may be overshooting.

The fact of the matter is that however much is there, AQ1 does have a pretty clean profile with DMT as the main alkaloid so it really is one of the best bets for a sustainable source for the home grower.
