SWIM is thinking about brewing his ayahusca in a whiskey still and reusing the water that comes out of the condenser for his next boil. Any one with experience have any suggestions or safety hazards they would want to let SWIM know? Will it be disrespectful to the vine to brew it in something that is used for whiskey?

Live plants. Sustainable, ethically sourced, native American owned.

Uh, what advantage would brewing in a still have over just brewing in a pot?

When the vapor water goes through the condenser you can re use the water. Im not sure what advantage there would be that's why im asking.

No advantage as the actives stay in the water stick to tweaking tried and tested if I were you.
As for whether its disrespectful well that would be you projecting your feelings onto it, its just a piece of equipment and dont forget alcohol is used in many types of extractions.
Its good that you have respect for the plant many havent.
