Talk abou stacking the odds in the favor of the court. This is just ridiculous. I like the comments about getting the DEA to perjure themselves during trial that marijuana has no medical use being under Schedule I and then move for a mistrial.
Let us declare nature to be legitimate. All plants should be declared legal, and all animals for that matter. The notion of illegal plants and animals is obnoxious and ridiculous.
