being new to this, i have been trying on a few group two Australian acacia, i have tried an extraction on acacia floribunda, using swims tek for acacia root bark on the phyllodes and an extract from an implexa, group four. i have read that group two of the species have been group as such due to the wood chemistry. but the implexa actually yielded something similar to what is looked for, smell, look, goey. i was wondering has anyone else tried the implexa, as information regarding this tree is non existence unless you can speak polish. any information regarding Australian acacias would be appreciated

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Its an interesting species. That seems to have few variations and is so common yet no reported attempts at an extraction that Ive seen.

thanks, i have three in the back yard. i have tried four extractions now, one on leaves one on bark one on root bark and another on the leaves again. first extraction yielded something, maybe Jim jam but as i am yet to extract something viable i foot know if i am winning. first extraction done on trunk bark and leaves, the leaves seemed to result in something, second attempt was on the root bark, absolutely zip, under method used. third i went again to dry leaves on the ground and zip again. the tree is about seven to ten metres tall and about 15 years old.

Ok good info. Did you do an alcohol wash on the phyllodes first? Without it yield can be massively affected.
Boil for half an hour in 80/20 ethanol/water for 30 mins and decant liquid.
Then freeze-thaw phyllodes in acidic water pH4 and extract via A/B. Use toluene or xylene to pull full spectrum.

This species is incredibly robust!
Someone reversed into a small tree nearby and snapped the trunk at couple of feet up, it looked dead and gone but in the last couple of weeks some bippinate leaves have appeared close to the ground starting a new growth.
