Just returned from my 4th Journey out. I wanted to check if anyone has had similar experiences?

OK, It's marginally possible that I didn't hit a total breakthrough, sure I saw familiar patterns immediately reminiscent of my last three experiences, there was a distinct sense of peering into a geometry filled space. Due to a friends suggestion, I'd put on some very mellow music for background. I was interested to see if the two (Brian Eno and Spice) would work well together, It appeared not, it appeared that the vibe I got was 'Turn the music off, and look!' I managed to open my eyes and turn the music off.

Feeling that I was not 'quite there', I managed to take another deep breath in.

Now I was back in the geometric place, I internally asked 'What are you trying to show me' , because it felt as if I was being shown something. The odd thing was, It felt as if English and 'thinking internally' wasn't meant to be part of the experience. I made an 'aaaah' kind of vocal tone to see if there would be any effect on what was cascading around me...no auditory distortion, just a visual disconnect between what I was seeing and the sound of my plain old voice in a room.

hmmmm

So, I did attempt to just shut up and look. Cascades of symbols and geometries apparently spewing from the edges of my vision. and colliding in centre view to make a dazzling symbol rich dance of pattern. Part of me thought, I've seen this before, with all due respect, what is it? There was something always in the peripheral, like a source of the symbols. I turned my head towards the edge (still with eyes closed) to see if that would provide me with a view of what was doing the symbol emitting. Already It was starting to fade, two lung-fuls of breath, held for as long as possible...and just the nagging feeling this time, by being inquisitive, by asking English questions, that I'd somehow got off on the wrong foot.

The last thing I Englished internally was 'Sorry...Is it because of the monkey mind?...should I have waited until after dark?'

It all began to fade, I opened my eyes and saw the sun shining through the windows. Yes, this was quite sublime, but I felt a kind of guilt that I've not felt before in these circumstances. It just felt like human linguistic enquiry was not the tool for exploration.

So, coming back to terra firma with more questions than I started with, I thought I'd check with the group here and see whether anyone can relate to this?

By the way, how long does it take before a user like me can post on other sections than the noob area?
