Hello, I am pleased to make your acquaintance.
My full name is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have come to discuss that which holds an utmost importance in our world. As a long time lurker and student of entheogens I now feel compelled to reach out, share, and collaborate with others who walk a similar path. I stand in awe at what is upon us. I would also like to congratulate you for harboring the greatest gem of crystallized consciousness that exists on the web. My hats off to you all.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I like your name very much,
One question
Do you use a nickname ?
Otherwise I feel compelled to just call you mister

(Or perhaps mister dismayed Kirby?)

Edit: I just realized that is a Japanese character in your name,

Perhaps I may call you tsu?

Thank you for the warm welcome, it feels good to be here. You may call me tsu if you wish, but my good friends call me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I do not think it matters what I am. What matters is what I do. That is one thing I learned from the great acacia.

After some deliberation and cannabistic inspiration I decided to call you shrug.

Hey shrug, welcome to the nexus

HAHAHA cubeananda, I was JUST about to say the same thing. Shrug is perfect Smile

Hi shrug, if we may call you that. Welcome and please do fill us in a little more on your experience level, etc.

Hello. You may call me as you wish but like I said my first and last name is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ so I dont see the point really. Shrug sounds so passive aggressive does it not?? I rather be friendly sloth climbing over a fence to say hello, or dancing ape raising the roof. Let me tell you my story.
It all started as a youngster when I was fed small pieces of peyote. Since then I have worked closely with this ally in Mexico where I did iboga treatment and sacred mushrooms. I have had my entire 34 years of life shattered by a hand full of minutes with the spice. Everything has changed since. I now drink ayahuascha once a week. I have found a true connection to the divine as you all have here. I have learned very much from you and hope to be able to do the same.

Fed peyote as a youngster? Interesting.

I like the notion of the friendly sloth, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. How did you arrive at this nomenclature?

Im curios how you arrived at being called, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Is there an audible equivalent, and if so, how does it sound?

This is a very good question so thank you for asking. The proper pronunciation sounds like this, it takes some practice.

This is also a good pronunciation.

The thing is peyote never effected me much as a child. I did not understand it until I got older. I knew something was happening but the perspective shifted deeply over years. I remember dreams and the night sky like it was yesterday.

Ah, a fellow Nameless Ronin slicing through the waters of psychedelia . . . but I'm going to call you Shrug.
Fear, belief, love phenomena that determined the course of our lives. These forces begin long before we are born and continue after we perish. We cross and recross our old paths like figure skaters; our lives are not our own. From womb to tomb, we are bound to others. Past and present. And by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future.

hi ¯\_(ツ)_/¯,

I'm also curious as to which type of extractions and or brews you like to do. With the 1 x week drinks, do you change them up or keep the same recipe?

vovin tek was what I used but this was some time ago.
I started with b. caapi but for economy I use rue now. I brew 35 grams rue to 80 grams d. cabrarena down to 50 millilitres per cup. It tastes awful but works! My spouse and I drink on the weekends. I have some b. caapi for when the light is not desired.

Just from these handful of posts here, I've learned bunches! Thanks everybody, love and gratitude! Big grin

Welcome home, Shrug!
...Interesting, intense dreams and deep, restful sleep. I was startled when awoken, as the dreams themselves had taken on the illusion of reality, for the time that I was dreaming, they were subjective Existence, this subjective Existence was naught but a long-forgotten memory. It took me a good five, ten seconds when I awoke to realize that it was, in fact, all a dream...

Maybe our minds have more to project as we get older and more that we recognize and re-interpret from memories.

Were you in a peyote tribe or some such thing?
I once drank a large dose of san pedro. Do you have an opinion on their differences?

I have a friend who smoked opiates since he was 12, and he seems numb to life, its a sad story, but i will always love em for a good soul and friend he is, but its like he does not care, peyote i would think would expand curiosity about life and not numb it from what it is as a child, but im not you, so its just speculation and not trying to make an ass out of myself for "ass"uming that, I would think it would raise more questions and leave answers unanswered.. But ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, I have a feelin your in the right direction and the right motivation to do such a thing, seem to have a sense of humore and love for all, my hats off to you man,

May the Universe Bless Us In the Way We Deserve.
