wow..crazy
"When it becomes a part of every man's thinking that a single thought can change the polarity of our entire body toward either life or death - and can likewise change its entire chemistry toward increasing alkalinity or acidity to strengthen it or weaken it - or can change the shape of every corpuscle of matter in the entire body in the direction of either growth or decay - then the medical profession will radically change both its principles and its practices with the ailment of bodies."

"Always that same LSD story, you've all seen it. 'Young man on acid, thought he could fly, jumped out of a building. What a tragedy.' What a dick! Fuck him, he’s an idiot. If he thought he could fly, why didn’t he take off on the ground first? Check it out. You don’t see ducks lined up to catch elevators to fly south—they fly from the ground, ya moron, quit ruining it for everybody." Bill Hicks.

It could of had more to it, someone whos not used to phychedelics could do almost anything they normally wouldnt do, especally if all u think is that your gonna see funny colors. Ive seen some people jus freak out and start running for no reason, dont say anything, jus start sprinting! He could of ate a poisonus fruit er sumthin?

Who knows what may of happened, maybe he drank heavy with the maoi? Its not normal for someone who has fasted and done the things properly to prep for the journey to have this tradgedy happen. My best wishes to the family and love, may God guide him to infinity and heal his parents the best way he can.

Just remember the three C's:
Cars are real, nomatter what.
Cliffs are real.
Cops are real.
AND NO, you cant fly..Stop

Peace and happieness,

1: I don't think it states clearly that he died trying to fly.
2: Psychedelic crisis is the worst hell on earth.
3: I've seen seasoned trippers lose their minds completely unintentionally. I don't think one should make such fun of it, especially if...

...4: Someone died, get some respect.

Jumping from a building is no problem for there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream! Wink

Just a heads up. It seems it is possible to take an adverse reaction to an Ayahuasca brew and die as a result. Be careful people...

Quote:
A British teenager is reported to have died in South America after allegedly taking hallucinogenic drugs during a tribal ritual.

The man, named as Henry Miller, 19, from Bristol, was in a remote rainforest area of Colombia with other tourists when he drank yage with a local tribe, Sky News has reported.

Yage is a psychedelic drink made from leaves and induces vivid hallucinations and supposedly spiritual experiences.

Fellow traveller Christopher Dearden said he met Mr Miller on Sunday when they travelled together from a hostel in Mocoa to land belonging to a local shaman.

Mr Dearden told The Daily Mail the drug had no effect on Mr Miller the first time but on the second occasion he became very ill.

He said the group of about eight people, including Mr Miller, were all sick after drinking the drug, a normal reaction to its unpleasant taste.

But while the rest of the group came around from the "trip", Mr Miller did not.

Mr Dearden, 27, said: "He just got worse and worse. He was lying face down on the ground making very weird breathing noises. We picked him up and put him in a chair," according to The Mail.

"He wasn't speaking, he was lashing out with his hands and feet. Then he started making weird animal noises, pig sounds and at one point he tried to fly."

Mr Miller went missing during the night, and his body was found by a roadside in the rainforest by police the next day.

A spokesman for the Foreign Office said: "We are aware of the death of a British national on April 23 in Colombia. We are providing consular assistance to the family at this very difficult time."

It sounds like he died from something he did while on the trip rather than the drug's reaction to the body. Pretty sad story.

Yeah it is a very sad story

We really have no idea how he died though, despite whatever the media conjures up. Given that aya isn't physically dangerous in the dosages people consume, it seems more likely that SSRIs were involved, or perhaps other things were added to the brew that played a role.

<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"
