Hi there,

I am glad to be here. The past couple of weeks I have been obsessed by everything related to DMT.
I naturally stumbled upon this website and I already have learned a lot. I like it here, people here seem to put a lot of thought to what they're posting.

When I was about 15 years old I started to experiment with drugs. I still can vividly remember my first times being stoned. We laughed a lot. Soon I heard about psychedelic mushrooms and decided I wanted to try it.
The first time was in a park with a couple of my friends and it was a wonderful experience, I felt deeply in touch with nature. I continued to take them a couple of times a year. Every time was a different experience. I have felt like I was an alien, saw how my mind made decisions, read my friends' thoughts (I still do not know what to think of this...) and many more wonderful and strange things.

A couple of years ago, however, I had a psychosis. It was very weird. Matter moved like it was water constantly, like when coming up on mushrooms. I felt like I had a special task, I needed to help people. I was very creative but also had unrealistic and irrational ideas. My mind hasn't been the same ever since.

I now am not stable enough to take DMT any time soon. I would really love to try it some day in the future, it saddens me it might be not for me.
However, just reading about it has opened my mind to new possibilities, it is really fascinating. I'm also a sci-fi fan so the stories really strike a chord Very happy .
I don't know if I ever will be ready for the experience but I hope to be a part of the conversation anyways.

Greetings,

Lucinate

At least you know DMT might not be for you. There's no shame in admitting that or in realizing that you might have to be very patient until the time is finally right. No rush. We will be glad to engage you in discussion despite your absence of experience. We need all varieties of perspectives at the table for discussion. Sometimes we can get so close to the subject that it's nice to get someone with a little distance to chime in. DMT is highly indescribable so it's understandable that there will be some things for which you simply can't relate, but I look forward to hearing more from you.
