The best advice I have is to fill your mind with loving, calm thoughts. Be relaxed. That feeling that you get before doing it for the first time - that's not anxiety, that's excitement, IMO. It can be easy to confuse the two.
I say all that with good intentions, because it works for me. You may need to find your own groove after trying it a time or two. You'll find your thing.

Try not to expect much. Just roll with the flow and be loving!
