I tasted the spice for the first time 1 hour ago.Smile I don't have proper vaporizer yet so i had to improvise. I was so curious of what does it taste, smell and feel like when inhaled so i loaded 20mg (i know i could used less than that i just thought that this amount will be proper one for this) and actually managed to vape it perfectly without burning any of it.Big grin
I had full bottle of milky vape and i took one big hit and cleaned it all out.
After 15-25sec hiolding it in i had this instinct to blow it out since i only wanted tiny taste of it so i did.
While inhaling it was only warm but after exhaling the taste of it was metallic/chemical and at first it was really nasty since this was my first time experiencing it.
Now when i think about it i think i will be able to deal with it in the future.Razz
With proper vaporizer this taste will be less noticeable i hope. The only thing that really surprised me was numbness of my lips and tongue that lasted for 3-4 min.
I only experienced color intensification and some light shimmering and distortions in my vision for about 1 min.
I must admit i was anxious just like i was the first time when i took mushrooms. My heart was pounding and my hands where little bit shaky before i decided to inhale.EmbarrasedBig grin
I haven't decided yet but i will either buy GVG or actually make my own. Spice needs a proper equipment and some additional preparation on my behalf before i actually decide to fully explore hyperspace.Stop

What a rush and i haven't even done anythingVery happy

Welcome to the club !

I'd suggest that you probably overheated it to some extent. 20mg should kick a bit harder than that. It doesn't take much to overheat it if your technique is a bit off with a vapouriser of any sort. Enhanced leaf or changa might be a better way to ensure you get the full effect.

I generally tell people to close their eyes on their first experience, it seems to work better that way. After you get a bit more experienced opening your eyes adds another dimension to the experience and is awesome in a group setting when everyone launches at the same time.

I've done DMT hundreds of times and I still get the pre flight jitters before I launch too.

Congrats! Just be sure to take the slow and steady route with it. With a GVG, 20mg in 1 breath launched me way farther than I anticipated and way further than 12-16mg had. The GVG is stupid efficient. Respect respect respect is what this stuff needs. I definitely agree with Hieronymous, I prefer closed eye very much. Ive yet to try anything outside though in a natural non-man made environment though. Once I do, I will try open eye. Closed eye indoors for me is the way to go. It allows the travel to not be influenced by your environment and lets it go it's course more naturally.

Id call that my 'bad' experience. The oxygen was totally sucked from the room to the point I thought I was actually choking out, my body became even heavier than previous experiences, and my room was suddenly transformed into a minecraft like environment where I thought I was dead and stuck permanently. It felt like there was no way out of this artificial environment. And this wasnt even me being overconfident with it or trying to abuse it. I was comfortable in the 15ish mg range and said hey ok I can take it up a bit to the next level. I wanted a more vivid experience, expecting the geometry and patterns and beings I had seen to seem even more 'real' than just the visions they had been, and I just got blasted beyond that point into purgatory. It was almost like I came back feeling like the message was "You wanted more, you got more!"

Im absolutely not trying to turn you off or scare you, I just wouldnt want someone to go through what I did if they didnt have to and could be tipped off before hand to take it even slower than you think you are haha. All of my other experiences were beautiful and loving. That one, wooooo what a ride. Just when you think youre comfortable and can, not predict, but understand what this stuff does, your chin check is delivered without a waiver.

Visually everything looked alright to me but you could be right since this was my first time dealing with spice directly. I had my eyes opened since that was what i wanted to experience but i only wanted small taste and 20mg probably didn't kick in since i didn't hold in to long.
It was kinda hard since taste and numbness of my mouth kinda forced me to exhale (nasty one).Big grin
I'll keep in mind your advice for next time Hieronymous.Thumbs up

Yeah i get what your saying HumbleTraveler and thanks for taking time to point this out. I will deal with this as i think i should but you know that i must get my chin checked to learn... life just works this wayBig grin Thumbs up But seriously i will go slow since i saw first hand how fast Shocked this kicked (colors and shimmering) in and definitely gonna take some time to get semi comfortable with taste and mouth numbness. I really don't know what i am dealing with until it kicks my door in...and i like it like that. Remembers me on my first high dose of mushrooms that obliterated me and only thing that i was able to say after i came back was Sweet lord what in the hell was that!!!Big grin Love surprises!!!Thumbs up
I am building my own vaporizer as we speak and i will see how it will work out keep fingers crossedThumbs up

Very cool! Good to know youre okay with all of that haha. I never had any prior use of any hallucinogens before dmt, so my first two attempts were botched due to bad technique, then the next 3 were a success and wonderful great experiences, I was amazed and happy that they were all I imagined, and then all the sudden that one next experience EVERYTHING was different. It was violent and unimaginable. Scared the everloving crap out of me. When you see reality as youve known it for 2+ decades become replaced, it's hard to understand and accept at first. Learning experience for sure Very happy

We will see...I will seeBig grin
