Never, ever, ever, ever, tell the police anything. Stick to your story. Get a good lawyer. Tell them nothing but your name. They deal with liars, drug addicts, drug dealers, criminals of all natures daily. They can tell when you are lying. They know how to get what they want. If you show them you are not going to be shaken, that you will not be intimidated, their "power" is lost. In the end, you may end up serving a little time (worse case scenario) or your lawyer may get you out of everything and you are out of some money. Either way, never cooperate. The hourly rate on a lawyer here I live is 250 $ - 335 $. I don't have the money for that, and in the end I maybe lose the case, because we got something called Criminal Procedure § 157.
"The person with reasonable grounds suspected of an act which by law can lead to imprisonment, may be subjected to physical examination when it is believed to be of importance for the enlightenment of the case and does not represent a disproportionate interference. It may take a blood sample and conducted other investigations that can be done without danger or significant pain"
My test would have been positive for illegal drugs, so it would be very obvious what my intention with the mhrb was. And I know the police, I don't want to brake the relationship and make it more suspect with a lawyer, I wouldn't be so popular then. They would even be more on my back then and maybe search my house, trust me, the police where I live making big cases out of a couple grams of hash. I wanna keep my rumors in balance and not make it worse. If it was in a big City it could work. ON the other hand, this will never happen again.
