Most people are found guilty because they have talked to much to the police.
Anything you say can and will be used against you so cooperate but only talk to your lawyer if your arrested.
If you say nothing they have less evidence in court.

a lawyer is absolutely necessary. In the states we are guaranteed access to an attorney- they're called public defenders;; although their services are usually subpar as opposed to a private attorney ( we call them public pretenders), they're better than nothing. I'm making an assumption that you're in Europe I don't really know, do you have access anything like that over there?

I would anticipate them throwing every charge they can possibly think of no matter how ridiculous at you then they'll whittle them down as you slog thru your court dates. I really have nothing to tell you that's novel to this thread, I just want to reinforce the necessity of a lawyer.Get a lawyer somehow anyhow you can and keep your head up man I wish I had better things to tell you.

How did this happen? I've been in the past very guilty of flapping my lips, I always felt protected by the lack of a permanent address, but that's being ignorant and careless. As pointed out, no mater how much we believe that what we do is good, the powers that be do not think so, and they are the ones who can bust your door down, ransack your house and take what they want from you. But yes, despite the irony, WE are the criminals. But I am curious how you think they were tipped off to your profligate activity, its sad, bit pretty much every body locked up in our prisons, from bank robbers to dmt extractors are there because someone they trusted snitched. I guess I should thank you for taking this hit that reminds us to quiet.

I'd say good luck, but you need far more than fortune, you need strategy. Clean house, clean nose, clean record (?), who knows, I've seen weirder things happen than getting probation in a case life this. they can press charges weeks later. keep an eye on the mail for a summons from the district attorney/court date to face charges.

But, at this point in the legal process (whether or not one is actually in motion) it is best for you to avoid posting ANY incriminating information here, especially things that indicate where you are or what you may or may not have done.

I'm not telling you to flat out not talk about it here (although that may be the best course of action to take at the moment). I'm simply suggesting that you avoid any posts that admit to anything you may or may not have done and definitely do not tell us any specific information about where you live, etc.

I'm really surprised they haven't shown up to arrest me yet. It's remotely possible that they won't even prosecute since they didn't find any DMT onsite.

Bastards have my computers with all my video games and music though, and that really grinds my gears because I had like a half a terabyte of stuff. A bit late for that... I pretty much gave full disclosure in the interview. I told them it was something I was doing as a project, that it failed and that I scrapped it. Told them the procedure I used, everything. When you really think you're going to be put in handcuffs you tend to not really care anymore. I've been in jail before. I seriously thought I was going to be arrested then and there so I just said whatever and made small talk.
Told them while searching where to find things, let them know when they found everything worth finding, basically being about as flippant as possible.
Interestingly enough they just let me walk right out the front door. I was floored. I have to wonder if the inquisitors are even going to bother with this.
