For an ID, one really needs pics of the flower also.

ID book and dissecting microscope for the win.

Hey there Ringworm, Twisted Evil and im sure you do bud, and that plant identification book actually fell on my lap id read it and find what i was looking for.. but it has not.. so dear friend if you cant help than keep your smart alac comment off this post.. NO OFFENCE!

see the thing is iv been thru hell looking for the right plants to work on..
Im based in india so i cant order things up and there are various types of mimosa and acacia in the area.. so im trying this route.. i hiked out there for almost 2 hours in the blazing sun trying to get some information on what the hell it is that im looking at.. iv also tried a bunch of other routes such as ayurvedic store and i was able to fine a good MAOI like Rue..
but im lost for a dmt source i have some Desmodium gangticum as well but i dont think it has enough NN to be extracted..

im here asking for help... if you cant help me than just pm me and let me know to delete this post and this account.. if this isnt the place where people help each other and share things they have learned the hard way.. than im sorry i might be in the wrong place... BUT if this really is DMT Nexus a forum where were all friends and working toward an awakened civilization than im here to stay..

Thanks
Jee

I agree Mimosa genus (I could be wrong). How tall are they?

Being untrained in Mimosa ID, I take a guess: Mimosa pigra.

Test for DMT by doing an extraction on that plant, and send me some seeds on http://sharetheseeds.me/forum/ if they have DMT.

If you are in North America, check this out.

There is a polyclave feature that lets you enter the characteristics you observe of a plant (Family ID Key and Bio. Attributes query in the lower right panel) and it will give you an idea of what you may be looking at. The more features you have, the better a job it will do of identifying.

I helped design this a ways back, so feel free to ask any questions about using it.

Good call on Acacia nilotica hug46.

That species is fairly widespread and is definitely in India.

Jee, could you take some clear close-ups of the bark?

Thanks,
wap
