Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what 500g fresh vine equates to in dried vine?

I think it would be around 300g dry.

I would'nt recommend drinking a brew this strong and if you don't take my word for it go real light on the Chacruna or you will be torn asunder.

No, I'm not using this information to plan an experience of my own. I was just curious if the dose was as high as I assumed it to be. Couldn't imagine vine losing more than 20-35% weight through drying, but I have no experience with fresh material so that's just based on speculation.

I once harvested a kg of wet vine that dried down to 600g. So around 40% water going by this. I guess it depends on the original water content too which is influenced by environmental factors like rain or irrigation. Anyway it is a lot.
