Someone I know just had her first experience with DMT after considering trying it for a couple of years. She had previously taken a hit from a 2:1 changa joint, but it was a small one and only gave her the tryptamine clarity and color enhancement, and the energy. Instead of sticking around with the rest of us, she had the sudden urge to go inside and look around... and do dishes. Rolling eyes

She was finally ready to take a substantial dose. 25mg on copper mesh in the GVG, heat provided by torch lighter. I figured this would be enough, despite the learning curve of the GVG. I didn't want to give her too much. I lit the lighter for her and thick clouds of vapor filled the chamber. It looked like she really got a good hit. I took the pipe down and left the room. She didn't want my presence to affect her trip. Totally understandable, as I prefer to journey solo.

A few minutes later, she came out of the room and said: "Well, that was interesting." Then proceeded to describe what I would consider to be a "dim trip", which I attribute to my not being ready or to a low dose or incomplete vaporization. She wants to go again, with a larger dose. She's in no hurry. She said maybe in the next week or so. I told her that she would know when she was ready.

One interesting thing that she told me was something that I usually associate with Salvia. There was a fan running in the room for white noise purposes. She said that almost immediately after exhaling, she became the fan. She wasn't spinning, she was just the fan.

I've become objects on Salvia. I've had OBE's on DMT where I was in someone else's body. I was that person, in their part of the world, with no other psychedelic effects. I don't recall ever hearing or reading about anyone becoming inanimate objects on DMT.

Anyone out there have any input?

I've became objects too, but not on DMT, it was with DXM. I was the rain while watching jurrasic park once lol. I am also interested to hear if others have become objects on DMT. Bump for replies Smile

FloorFan, you're a fan... And this girl possesses the ability to become a fan... It was meant to be!!! Love

But seriously though, Mister_Niles:
I have never experienced the feeling of becoming an inanimate object with DMT, or any other tryptamine, but I have definitely experienced the phenomenon when working with salvia and other dissociatives. It does not seem unlikely to me that this could happen with DMT, it's just not something I have ever experienced.

Would you say she was... your biggest fan?? Cool

A buddy recently reported becoming a piece of cheese in the process of bring sliced, and I became something akin to a piece of paper folded into a staircase shape on salvia, but like those above, I remain animate on dmt. Animated too, I might add.

So, floorfan, and that is an appropriate handle for this thread, lol, were you the rain in the movie or actual rain falling? It's an important distinction, man!Laughing

As a matter of fact, she is my biggest fan. Smile AND I thought of FloorFan as I wrote this and somehow knew he would be the first to respond. It's been one of those weeks.

I've only experienced this kind of thing with dissociatives. She has never taken salvia, but just the other day, I was talking to a friend about the salvia space manifesting during DMT or Mushroom trips. Interesting synchronicity maybe? I was on the way home from a pretty incredible experience when I had that conversation. I had just met Alex Grey and Martine Rothblatt, and I had spent time with my sister, who I only met recently, and she's all about the energy. She's a Reiki practitioner. So maybe I'm extra tuned in from being around those powerful people and I transferred something to my biggest fan's trip. I don't really know how I feel about all of that stuff, but sometimes, when things line up just right, it feels undeniable.

I've become the music before...perhaps she was embodying the sound the fan makes. I try to avoid journeying around fans or fridge motors or anything like that cause the sound entrains my experience. I've become the couch on salvia one time.

Sounds like the fan wasn't really inanimate, as it was on.

Kidding aside, I haven't experienced inanimate transformation or salvia. Animal transformation on mushrooms, yes, but no inanimate transformation.

A guy in a head shop once told me on his only dmt experience he became a gear in a clock. But he was moving as the gear would.

A buddy of mine became a cellphone once while having a strange DMT like experience without drugs while trying to fall asleep. Said it felt almost like he was on DMT.

HAHA, synchronicity is crazy common it seems in this site! The person who was the first one to reply to my first post ever is one of two people who's reports were responsible for me making a Nexus account. It's was upload.

Anyway, FloorFan fun fact, the name comes from being a fan of floors, and just happens to have a floor fan for a head Very happy Yes I like a good mythos!

Double anyway, Null buddy., I was THE rain! As in I was rain. In the movie, in the room. It was raining and I was that. I was making everything wet in the room. In reality I wasn't, but I knew, as rain, I really was. I could feel my falling movement. I could feel my wetness spread out coldly and sublimely upon impact. I could FEEL what I was impacting. All the time, all at once, the falling and impacting and spreading.

The specific scene was when the T-Rex had flipped the car over with Lex and Timmy inside and was biting down on the undercarriage. I could feel all my drops hitting everything including the friggin huge and muscle bound Tyrannosaurus! Shocked It was quite incredible. Funniest part, I was told I had my arms spread out and was making like sprinkly spirit finger motions while swaying around in a circle (I was sitting in a water bed cross legged) exclaiming, "I'm the rain", but only once.

Global, funny you mention becoming the music. This happened to me on LSD listening to tool during the Salival DVD release party my friends threw. I was these 3 big glowing fuzzy blobs of red yellow and blow pulsing to the music. I thought I was creating it, the music. Then my friend Tim ask if I could keep it down, they had neighbors. Turns out I was belting out the lyrics, lol.
