More news on lespedeza bicolor...did another extract and combined and did a defat process, well more like a reX on liquid not crystals.
Hope are not high as there is no clouding...
Again there was this mystery layer inbetween the naptha and the basified water. Pulled some out and it looked like tiny pebbles. Clearly liquid but kinda looks like old snot floating in water.
When placed in water without naoh or salt it sank...sorta.
The old napthas in the fridge. Its very yellow. ReX naptha is clear. Going to evaporate half off then fridge and freezer.
Will attach pictures and let know on results tomorrow morning.

The old naptha is now getting very cloudy in the fridge.
Did i mess up my reX? My process...
Put yellow naptha in acidified water. Let stand a day. Seperate and save naptha. Add NaOH to acIdified water. Add clean naptha. Stir/shake. Then seperate.

Ok so the new naptha is slightly cloudy. But theres is circular crystals on the bottem. Has me worried as it lookes more likemy NaOH resolidafied if that is possible.

Swim has had great results from that mystery Yellow Gunk... separate that into a dish and let it evaporate and you will have some 100% hard Alkaloid.... (takes about 3days, liquid evaps slooow for some reason so try and pour when you can)

Its basically a mix of 70% alkaloid 30% DMT suspended in WaterNapthaFoam

Gave the Acid to much time with the bark... not a bad thing

This would not be considered a re-x. This is basically a mini-A/B, which is a very effective means of removing impurities, it's just not recrystallization.

I wouldn't worry about the crystals too much. Lye is not soluble in naphtha, so unless you pulled some of the basic solution along with your naphtha, it is unlikely that there is any significant amount of NaOH in your naphtha vessel. If you are concerned, recrystallizing will remove any residual NaOH or other impurities.

Can you post a picture of the circular crystals that formed?

So the 2 extracts combined did not come out with an overall positive result. The goo is from about 1000 gm(yes 1000 grams). Very little product. Not sure if theres enough for me to go off of...but at leadt somthing was pulled. So mabey its just my technique or mabey there really is little to nothing in the seeds. Im going to hold on to my seeds for attempts in the future. For now i think ill order some well known and tried material. Sorry to disapoint..
