Hello everyone! I'm glad to finally have an account here as I have been researching posts for some time in preparation for my first DMT experience. I have to admit, I was quite nervous about it because I've never used psychedelics before. Starting off with DMT might not have been the best idea but I was eager (and still am) to expand my mind and thought processes. I think it's our duty as advanced beings to explore every facet of our imagination and stretch our capacity for creativity.

A little about me. I've been studying human psychology on a personal and academic level for the last 6 years. I love researching anything from body language down to the chemical processes that take place in our brains causing us to act the way we do. Inevitably, as you can imagine, my research led me to DMT and other substances such as Ayahuasca (which I will use in the near future).

About my first experience with DMT. The very first time I tried it, my lighter died half way through and I didn't get a full dose. Whoops. I decided to not light up again to see what would happen. At first my heart was pounding hard and fast and my fingers and toes were going cold. Fear and doubt started filling my mind, in other words, I was freaking. It felt like my body was being enveloped. Then quite suddenly my heart rate dropped off. It went from 90 to nothing. I had never experienced such a drop off. There were no hallucinations. I honestly thought I might be dying. But, quickly enough the effects wore off and I was still kicking. Needless to say, I was hesitant to go back to it. I slept it off and when I awoke, I found the courage to go again and I'm glad I did. Immediately after inhaling I started feeling that sensation I had read about, where reality folds away - so naturally I quickly stuck my head in the sand and closed my eyes. I wasn't quite ready to see it because I had no idea what to really expect. I think this might have been a good idea though. Kaleidoscope formations started forming and it felt like I was going through a tunnel of them. But before I could make it through, I bounced back as if colliding with a trampoline. After that, it felt like someone else was with me reassuring me. That's when my fear faded away. Then I began to see visions of the eye of providence (which I know nothing about and did not understand why I was seeing it). The eye was floating above the pyramid, glowing in a brilliant golden light. I had this feeling, which was so unique - The experience was mine and mine alone, something that could never be taken away. I began to feel very thankful and that these entities were happy with me.

The whole thing lasted under 5 mins as it was probably a low dose. I was so glad that my mind was put to ease. I'm sure it will be much easier for me next time. The whole thing was a bit frightening , but I'm sure that was only because it was new and I had never done anything like it. I'm looking forward to my first break-through and letting everyone know what happens.

That's all for now. Thanks for having me! Stay loose.
