recently i got mi hands on fresh rootbark as i have never seen before. As i examined it i noticed oils coming out of it. So i light up a lighter and burned it. surprisingly burning oils smelled like dmt, so i took no time and started my soup. Yeilds in total came out to be a 3%. could have taken some more out but thought it would be a waste.
now, with the bark left, which i dried, i can harldy pull out any dmt. same extracting technique. could be wheather i thought to myself. maybe my rootbark drying process is incorrect. but tempeture is below dmt melting point. and i've always dried it the same way.
So, allthough i'll try doing it agian with fresh bark. heres my question.

does rootbark loose potency over time?
should i be carefull with fresh mimosa non wanted compounds?
how long does freebase last in a well stored place?
should i store fresh mimosa in water? basified water?
