Were one to attempt to extract DMT, what would be the 3 best "vessels" containing the molecule to work with?

EDIT: Plants, etc with the best yields based on weight would also be interesting to know.
If a thread already exists with this specific information - please show me the way.

After the countless forums and articles I've read here, I'm starting to get very interested in trying DMT again.

Advice please?

(My thanks in advance to all travelers.)
Thumbs up

In my (relatively limited) experience and (relatively extensive) reading, it would seem that Mimosa tenuiflora (hostilis) root bark is the plant of choice as far as highest dry-weight percentage and least effort required to isolate DMT from other alkaloids in the plant matter. Acacia confusa root bark is also high-percentage with little effort required to isolate DMT from other alkaloids. I am not certain what the third in line would be, but my guess is some other species of acacia. Many people seem to like A. maidenii and A. obtusifolia.

I just finished my first mimosa hostilis extraction and it was easy as pie, good yield too. and it gave me some damn potent dmt...

Thanks guys!!! I was beginning to think nexians didn't like me!!!! With 250g acacia confusa powder soon I'll be ready to work. Hope this is easy enough to work with. Next I'll be researching teks. I have everything needed for HPs relatively easy Mescalito tek, except I've read LIMO is not the best solvent for pulling dmt. I will likely pick up some xylene.

If you want a simple tek for ACRB that won't leave you with a mixture of DMT/NMT, Thick-Light's tek is a good option. Or you can just do any A/B and recrystallize afterwards. If you're interested in trying the gooey DMT/NMT mix that many people yield from ACRB (some people prefer it, as NMT is also psychoactive), just go with a standard A/B.

I'll Look at the Thick-Light tek Smile

What's the deal with DMT/NMT?

What's the deal with DMT/NMT?

Acacia confusa contains high amounts of NMT, in addition to DMT, so the end product is often a gooey or waxy mixture of the two rather than just DMT crystals. Some people prefer the experience of the DMT/NMT mixture, others choose to remove the NMT. Really the only downsides to the DMT/NMT mixture are that it is slightly more difficult to store (unless you use it to make enhanced leaf), and it doesn't look as pretty as crystals.

Yes, I think I'd be more interested in the pure crystalline form.

In terms of storing - how long can one store crystallized DMT - and is that a "refrigerate" kind of storage? - Or Vaccuum seal? (I have both!)

If you haven't made your way to the WIKI, I suggest you browse the FAQ sections as it will answer 90% of your questions and more, plus you'll find plenty of info you wouldn't have even thought to look for.. here's a link to the DMT Storage section to get you started: https://wiki.dmt-nexus.me/FAQ#DMT.2FPlant_storage
