Edit: I will be using the phyllodes instead of the bark!

Why hello there good people! As the title says, I am seeking an ideal tek for acacia maidenii, or for acacia trees.

First off, the tree being used is Acacia Maidenii, native to Australia on the coasts of southern Queensland, the entire coast of New South Wales and most the coast of Melbourne. I have found, FINALLY, a VERYYYYY good source of A. Maidenii, approx. 10-12m tall, and I want to take advantage of this. I plan to give out all the DMT to friends and family. Dealing DMT is for scumbags and I wish death upon you... Anyway...

Acacia Maidenii 'relevant' contents (Unsure if this is relevant but I'd rather give you EXTRA information!
0.36% DMT
0.24% N-methyltryptamine

Here are the chemicals I am using for and acid to base extraction. I am open to using other chems. If possible, please give me info on Australian chems and/or easily and safely purchased online
Phosphoric Acid 25%
Diggers Caustic Soda (98% sodium hydroxide)
Diggers Shellite

I have access to kilos of leaves and have the tools to make up to 2 kilo batches. Open to other amounts!! But only smaller please! Larger requires more glass!

I have used a few other teks but, considering the access I have to an abundance of maidenii, I would like to use a tek IDEAL for the task!

If there is anymore information you would like/require, do not hesitate to ask! I will do the best in my power/knowledge to give as much information as you need!

Thank you very much in advance!

-Halfhead

P.s: PLEASE tell me you're experiences with a. maidenii extractions! I am all ears!

P.s.s: PLEASE DON'T ask me where the trees are! As much as I am "open source", I will NOT give information about a. maidenii locations! If i post online, within 2 weeks they will all die! I was only given a basic area and i earned my find! so ill give you this, which is common knowledge apparently... Royal National Park... Be nice to the trees... respect the experience... or it WILL disrespect you!

Thumbs up

Why hurt the tree at all taking bark when maidenii phyllodes are just as good and wont do lasting damage to the tree?

Its also sustainable, you can just go back and get more if you find a good tree not to mention theyre so much more pleasant to work with. 80:20 dmt:nmt has been found in phyllodes of some strains of maidenii .. https://www.dmt-nexus.me...aspx?g=posts&t=35632
Ive read phosphoric acid can cause complications in some extractions vinegar or tartaric are sufficient tartaric is very efficient.

^..i completely agree with DreaMTripper..taking bark is harmful to the tree..leads to dieback and death, hence isn't sustainable (& thanks DreaMTripper for pointing this out, and good info)

this post shows what can happen to the unfortunate tree>

Ok thanks for the advice! I have take the smallest amount of bark off 4 trees. Maybe 100g each, if that! I also took a massive bag of leaves which are in ny freezer.

I have read that the leaves only contain DMT during summer or very hot periods. Can anyone confirm this?

Heya halfhead,

DMT is very exciting. I can feel your excitement in your writing. It may be good if you slow down and take your time. Develop a connection with the plants. Grow them, spend time with them, watch their growth, collect small amounts of seeds, learn what they like and don't like, and share what you've learned about growing with others.

DMT is the gift of the tree, which is not always ours to give.

Be Well,
Wap

EDIT: I saw in another post of yours that you collected seed! Thumbs up

Don`t mean to burst your bubble, but in many extraction attempts with local acacia, the milkiness can be present in non active acacia. It simply stays milky in the freezer, and never clears, with no precipitation of crystals.
I`m sure it`s fine since you live in a state which has active acacia around the place, unlike Adelaide Sad
