Hi Everyone. I'm new here and I have a question that I've not quite seen addressed yet. I have a have a Magic Flight Box and, preferably, I would like to use that to vaporize my DMT. I know that the Vapor Genie gets great reviews, but I'd like to use my MFB, only if it's feasible.

Anyways: Magic Flight has new concentrate trays. They are meant to be used for hash oil. I ordered one, with the idea of placing my DMT on the concentrate tray, that way it won't clog or ruin my MFB. Will this work well or is it considered a bad idea to use a Magic Flight Box for vaporizing DMT?

I'll bite the bullet and buy a GVG if I need to, but I'm looking for a way to use what I have. What does everyone think?

The launchbox works fantastic for changa or infused herb, so long as it's not infused so heavily that it's sticky and gooey. Like any smoking technique, it takes practice and patience. I haven't used the tray, but you shouldn't need it if using the tool as intended.

Thanks for your fast response! I have DMT concentrate, so I don't have any changa to use in my MFB. Based on my description (MFB, concentrate tray, DMT concentrate) would you say it's a safe bet to go ahead and use that set-up with my DMT concentrate or would I just be better off getting a GVG? I would hate to waste the DMT concentrate that I have. Thanks again for your help! I've spent a bit of time looking up this particular topic and haven't found an answer yet.

Again, I can't comment on the concentrate tray because I haven't used it for anything other than hash oil, and I wasn't impressed. In my opinion, it's easier to infuse the spice onto herb and use it the original way.

No need to worry about waste or solvents... Just load up the chamber of the launch box with any dried herbs you want, spread your desired dose of DMT over the top of the herbs and then hold it 1-2 inches under a hot light bulb until it melts and soaks in. Let sit for a minute or two, stir thoroughly and Toke. Take BIG, slow hits and hold 'em... Works like a charm.

If you want to get fancier with it, there are multiple threads here on the Nexus about changa and enhanced leaf blends. Pretty much all of them work well in a lanch box.

Those little battery powered boxes with work ok with pot.. but if your trying to vape DMT use something eles..because you can overheat the dmt and cause awefull harsh smoke!
I know because i have a dragonlite vape box that didnt work well with spice..
A bong would work better..Or if you have an electronic pot vaporizer it can work with dmt...
I have an electric pot vape I use for spice it works well..
As long as it will heat up to...350 to 400 degrees!because thats the temp DMT will vaporize..

It's all in the way the tool is used. It doesn't matter whether you use a glass dick, a joint or a GVG; Almost any smoking tool can be used to effectively vape DMT without burning and with strong enough hits. It just takes practice. The trick to the launch box is airflow, and it's easy to do by touch and taste. Just like heating DMT with a torch under a "crackpipe", the switch (the battery itself) on the launchbox can be turned on and off when the unit reaches vaporizing temp, so it hovers right there while you take in as much vapor as possible. There is also no need to hold it long, as the DMT will to continue to vaporize long after the switch is released.
I guarantee you... If you're burning DMT even when it's safe in a bed of herbs, you're using the vaporizer incorrectly. There are plenty of tips on their website as well as forums, and it's an easy tool to learn by touch.
