what is your preferred ayahuasca/analogue recipe and why? what are your favorite plant materials and how do you prepare them? is that because of ease of preparation, availability of plant material, the experience itself, spiritual tradition, etc.?

I am aware that there is plenty of info here on the Nexus (so much to sift through!), but I would be curious to hear thoughts to this question as I am currently working out the best way to get stuck into my box of caapi, chacruna and chaliponga Smile

My favourite is yellow b.caapi and Acacia acuminata bark simmered for 3-5 hours and reduced to a glass. I've learnt to handle nausea by lying down and breathing deeply. It's because the experience itself is smooth but extremely powerful and more visual than my experiences smoking dmt post breakthrough!
