Greetings all,
I am curious if there is any A/B tek that produces higher yields regularly than other teks?
I have noticed that for the most part the A/B teks for ACRB are pretty similar, but some have slight variations in them that make me curious about this.
any advice, speculation, or other input is very much appreciated Very happy

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

not really, but generally extractions with aromatic solvents tend to get higher yields than with aliphatics (although apparently cyb's max ion tek makes aliphatic solvents yield just as high as aromatics).

as long as you lyse the cells efficiently, it really doesn't matter all too terribly. it mostly just boils down to personal preference.

Is lysing really worth doing?
I can't tell the difference between lysed/non-lysed batch yield

I am about to do my first extraction with lysing included, so i will post what i think after wards. But if you can't tell any difference at all, in yield or quality, then I would think it isn't a very important step but probably just helps to make the process go more smoothly.

the alkaloids are almost entirely contained within the walls of the cells.
so by breaking those cell walls, you drastically increase the ability for dmt to dissolve into the solvent.

hell, cell lysing is the only reason people use a/b instead of stb on acacia (afaik), and the average acacian seems to think a/b is the only way to go with acacia so...

it definitely seems to help (and there isn't really any way it could hurt, that i can think of)
