Just wanted to to introduce myself to this forum, only recently i discovered a reliable source of DMT and wanted to gain as much insight knowledge as possible before jumping in the deep end
I decided my method of smoking will be "the machine" however i'm still confused with one aspect and that is melting the product into the steel wool.
I understand that i must pre melt the DMT into the steel wool however what prevents the product from dripping out of the machine and what position should i hold the entire machine in for best results?
Hoping to get the technique perfected before taking the plunge to ensure best "breakthrough" results
Any tips will be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the Nexus! Idk how the machine works but I've been using a freebase pipe for the last year with no issues. It is my favorite method. Good luck and write a trip report! enjoy it man lol

I don't use a machine myself but it is a good choice for a vaping device (way better than a crack pipe, sorry RoGu3). in this thread cyb says point the neck of the bottle down so I would start there.

I have always held The Machine upright when I premelt the spice, so that it flows down into the bottleneck and gets completely caught up in the metal scrubber. You have to make sure the scrubber is packed into the neck pretty tightly, that way it won't flow down into the chamber. Just make sure it isn't so tight that you can't pull air through it. When using The Machine, many people recommend holding it so that the neck of it is facing downwards, this way as the spice continues to melt a little bit it will flow towards the flame and ensure that it all gets vaporized. I always held it almost straight out horizontally like a cigarette or a chillum, but just barely tilted downwards, and I always had great results.
