So here I am, 17 years after my psychedelic journey started. I want to share my experience with extracted harmalas I gained the last 12 months.

Syrian Rue got my attention because of ayahuasca, so informed myself about what I can and cannot do. I extracted it and did ayahuasca a few times. I tested varies extracts curcuma, caapi trueno and syrian rue. I feel like the rue does work best and is easiest to get, caapi is nice but I like to just chew on small pieces of the stem - not for extraction.

I like spending time smoking weed from my bong. So lately Ive been adding harmalas on top of the weed mostly at night. This adds something very special to the high, after 8 - 10 bong hits over 4 hours, guess I must have smoked between 90 and 130mg freebase harmalas, these mild micro trips and 1-2 second CEV's are very present.

Last Saturday it reached the point that when I wanted to go to sleep that, I closed my eyes and saw a purple blue city with some kind of fish eye lens view. It didnt last any longer then maybe 5 seconds, but I was impressed. Never thought it would be this active with natural dmt, I have to mention that I ate very spicy food that night, maybe it increased the harmala effects.

However, for me, harmalas add a special grounded feeling and increasing high when smoking weed. CEV's, lucid dreams and light tracers are definitely present with harmalas on its own.

Next to that it does make me feel very happy in these dark and cold days of the year.
