Interesting to say the least. Some were very funny, others just plain stupid. Half the idiots probably have some saw dust powder they got from a friend of a friend of a friend, they mix it with some weed in a piece, smoke it, and then go running around a playground screaming about seeing galaxies up close or something.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. Some of these really bum me out.
I really hope that these don't represent young people's understanding of DMT, how it works, and what it's like...

I agree....but at the same time, wow. To be a kid nowadays, with access to this stuff. Wow. A lot of these tweets are referencing some cosmic stuff, well, and obviously dmt is plenty cosmic on it's own.





IDK, sure they are total punks and tweeting about dmt is maybe annoying, but I almost feel a glimmer of hope, for the youth of today. Get cosmic, boys and girls.

I skimmed the tweets and i agree with Doodazzle. Drug taking and age limits are a grey area but these kids are articulating their experiences the only way they know how for the time being.

These are good points. I'm still not sure how I feel about this though. If I had discovered DMT in the mental/emotional state that I was in as a teen, it could have had a catastrophic effect on my psyche. I had a counselor once who would say that it is really difficult, and actually sort of unethical, to diagnose a teenager with a personality disorder. Being a teenager is a personality disorder.

But who knows, perhaps some of these kids will gain some insight, despite their age/hormones.

I very much understand your misgivings and i cannot rightly say how i would have handled it at an early age. But kids are kids and occasionally rush in where angels fear to tread. If you tell a teenager not to do something then the chances are that inquisitiveness will get the better of them and they will go ahead and do it (especially when you are doing it yourself). If they are dead set on their actions then what is to be done apart trying to steer a steady course for them.

Ehh..I don't really like the way in which twitter/facebook have popularized microblogging; what used to be a paragraph on a blog or livejournal is now just a sentence, or a fragment.
It's entertaining to read, though I don't think the platform does much justice to the topic of DMT experiences.

I feel that most of us would agree with you on this one. But how about not comparing them? As they are so different.

What I recommend with this 340 report link is, go to Chrome settings, turn Speech to 'Fast' pace & select all/start speech.

To me it's very interesting to see how a large population is responding to knowing about DMT's existence. & yes many of the posts are "immature" but consider the first day you found out about it? or the first time you heard about Mushrooms? We were all immature and still are.

I really hope dmt gets good publicity from all this internet attention. Joe Rogan, Adam Kokesh included, actually it was Rogan's podcast which advertised it to me a few years ago.

I'd hate for it to become a hipster drug, becoming misused and spoken about in an arrogant way; "I have the higher knowledge, you know nothing worship the third eye, illuminati runs everything etc".

That being said I'm pretty sure a heavy dose of dmt is enough to humble anyone mistreating it.

And I'm not at all saying that only a select few people should experience it. I think that everyone should have the opportunity to at least get a glimpse of what else is out there.
