Just FYI, the "I" in "MAOI" stands for "inhibitor". So saying "MAOI inhibitor" is redundant, like when people say "ATM machine".

First off, I do not have any experience or much knowledge regarding S. capensis or its effects, but I have read a little bit on the subject. I can only answer your questions based on the little I have read about the plant and my limited understanding of pharmacology and chemical interactions.
I have read a couple of reports that have proposed the theory that silene capensis may have some mild MAOI effects, but I haven't seen any definitive evidence. From my understanding, using an MAOI with psilocybin would only potentiate the effects of the psilocybin. I don't imagine it would necessarily be a
dangerous interaction. 3g P. cubensis with an MAOI could however induce the effects of taking something like 7g without an MAOI. When a person takes a drug that inhibits the action of their monoamine oxidase enzymes, then ingests psilocybin-containing mushrooms, a lesser amount of the psilocybin would be broken down in the person's body during metabolism. This means that a larger percentage of the ingested psilocybin would make it into their bloodstream, and in turn affect the brain. Psilocybin has a very high LD50, meaning it would take a very large amount to be toxic to a human being. I would imagine that even after taking an MAOI, it would still require a pretty significant amount of mushrooms to have toxic effects.
Now, this does not necessarily mean that S. capensis does not contain other compounds that might interact with the psilocybin/psilocin. This would definitely be something to look into further before combining the two.
Unfortunately, I cannot speak to how long the active compounds in S. capensis might take to clear a person's system. It would seem to me that if it takes a long time to absorb, it might take a long time to clear the system, but my knowledge regarding this sort of thing is too limited to say for sure.
Perhaps someone else on The Nexus has more knowledge of silene capensis than I do, and if my previous suppositions are inaccurate, please feel free to correct me.
