By searching the forum eg solvents in aus and investing time to read the threads theres absolutely loads of information on Australian acacia! This isnt a forum where we spoon feed the info.

I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend anyone or come across as wanting to be spoon feed , as I think morjority of the journey is becoming familiar with the product and only way to do that is to immerse ya self with information , if I wanted to be spoon feed as you put it I'd just go and buy it , but that's just not me , so sorry again !!

No worries I wasnt offended and sorry maybe I was a bit blunt. Basically for Acacia there is the ID thread and 'improving acacia info' thread also extraction workplace thread. For extraction chemicals for example there is mec@#nix caustic soda and sce... toluene. I wont put the full name due to showing up on google search but Im sure you can suss that out.. Acacia are much trickier than mhrb due to the gums and resins they contain, first you have to find one! Please use phyllodes so as not to damage the tree longterm. Theyre also much more pleasant to work with, so Ive been told.

well it varies based on the tek. you need two (with an optional third) core ingredients 1. (optional) acid - vinegar is used, but really anything that can lower your ph without contaminating your end product is fine 2. base - lye (caustic soda), calcium hydroxide, sodium carbonate. either can be used, just looking to raise the ph enough to convert the dmt to freebase 3.solvent - could be an aliphatic hydrocarbon (most typically naphtha), or an aromatic (xylene, toluene, limonene, even vegetable oil is used) and then of course you need proper containers that can handle the huge ph changes and solvent used (Varies based on which ingredients you choose, and which you choose varies based on which tek you try). and if you are using potentially harmful materials like lye and aliphatics, its best to have safety gear, as well as taking proper safety procedures. Thank you the reason I might come across in a hurried fashion is I've just discovered this gift from the gods and once I joined this forum I'm over whelmed with all this information , it's like Christmas morning when we were kids as there is all this beautiful info and so many experienced ppl and I can't take the info in quick enough lol as everywhere I look there's something new so that's why I'm apologizing , lol and thank you for all the great information !!

Hi guys just would like to give you all a big thumbs up 👍for all the helpful info that has lead me in the right direction and everyone I've spoken with has had a super attitude towards my sometime sums questions , lol and this may sound even dumber but I'm finally decided to try (cybs) TEK with acacia but does it matter if the material comes off a mature vs young plant ? Any info will be appreciated !!! 😜
