Since my experience's well over 6 weeks ago, I have been having what I can only describe as dreams of entering hyperspace that I seem to be able to pull out of, been seeing crazy fractals when in really tired dreamy states, like half asleep half awake,
Anyone else experienced this?

Actually, a few hours ago I woke up from a dream in which I smoked spice and definitely felt the effects. I only recently began experimenting with DMT and this is the first time it's has happened to me.

Reminds me of this quote from Terence McKenna's 1992 High Times interview:

"The dream state is possibly anticipating this cultural frontier that we're moving toward. That we're moving toward something very much like eternal dreaming, going into the imagination, and staying there, and that would be like a lucid dream that knew no end, but what a tight, simple solution. One of the things that interests me about dreams is this -- I have dreams in which I smoke DMT, and it works. To me that's extremely interesting, because it seems to imply that one does not have to smoke DMT to have the experience. When I'm starting to fall asleep I usually start to hear strange sounds. Sometimes it's people talking, often saying my name, or loud crash kind of sounds or electrical sounds.

Most of the time it causes me to jolt or spasm. I have also had some dreams that were much more like dmt trips than dreams. Not too long after I first got into dmt I started having dreams where I would take acid or shrooms. Very enjoyable.

I have had DMT-like visuals a few times when I wake up in the middle of the night, still half-asleep. It's pretty neat.

I get these sounds to in hypnagogic states, and they are very similar to what occurs on high doses of harmalas for me as well. One thing though that is distinct to high dose of harmalas are some kind of jaguar or cat sounds...these nearly jolt me out of bed sometimes

Tripping in dreams has been profoundly interesting for me and is something i could write about endlessly. Its actually been deeper than any of my trips while awake.

One thing that i find really curious is that i smoked dmt in a dream before trying it in real life and it worked
