Making notes on particular behaviours does not holistically reflect what I think of your personality. Please disregard half of your last post because I did not "call you" anything.

Again, this is not a study, but a summary that says nothing. Just like someone might say "Oh visit the "Can mindfulness inhibit implic learning thread", there is Jin and Neural going back and forth", and suddenly having people give their opinions to their poster without reading the thread.

I'll leave it at that, I am just glad you admitted that you do express some negativity, and I do ponder on your suggestion that it may have influenced me. Surely this is my fault for not overcoming it myself, but I blame your writing style, which is what instigated this contradiction in the first place. I know you mean well from previous discussions we had, which is why I took the time to explain what can be perceived as aggravating in the eyes of other members. Apologies if you were personally offended.

Let's leave this thread to recover please.

Thank you for sharing this fascinating article, you might find this self-compassion test interesting as it is inherently linked to mindfulness...

Self-Compassion Test

Thanks Aegle! I enjoyed taking the test (I like answering questions, haha). But I always try to take any form of 'character' tests with a grain of salt, less I start to identify too strongly with the results, hehe. Big grin
We are the local embodiment of a Cosmos grown to self-awareness. We have begun to contemplate our origins: starstuff pondering the stars; organized assemblages of ten billion billion billion atoms considering the evolution of atoms; tracing the long journey by which, here at least, consciousness arose. Our loyalties are to the species and the planet. We speak for Earth. Our obligation to survive is owed not just to ourselves but also to that Cosmos, ancient and vast, from which we spring.

No worries, indeed it is of the greatest importance to always analyses everything in a skeptical and logical manner...
