Hi everybody,

i dont understand chemistry that much, so i cant think this idea to a good result.

So, as much i understand axolic acid binds with calcium. Could it be possible to mix a extract from the selected plant with some calzium and then just take a solvent, where calciumoxalat is not soluble? What could that be?

Fermentation, maybe, has to be done aswell, since it maybe converts alkaloids. This is only about getting the oxalic acid away, as i dont want kidney stones.

Is there any paper or work, that shows how much oxalic acid actually is in some mesembryanthemae? Maybe its just like spinach.

Thanks for answers, Zuckerwasser
