Hi to all Nexians!

Since it is nearly impossible, if not entirely impossible, to find Heptane in Sweden, and no one from ebay or amazon wants to ship to Sweden, I wonder how should I proceed in order to clean my product. I read some threads about the use of sodium carbonate but I have a little trouble finding the exact measure of how much I should mix of different substances. So my question is? Will someone please explain it to me with numbers, or if someone can help me with link to the thread where the whole process is allready explained with exact measurements? I am not lazy Its just so hard to find the thread if there is one allready existing. I am grateful in advance for our time and answers!

I do not have enough experience yet to give you any practical info but I can tell you to never, ever throw anything away until you have your final/total yield... Suppose you haven't done enough pulls and have already discarded your basic solution, you won't be able to do additional pulls...

Naphtha (tvättbensin in Swedish, not the stuff that goes in cars) can be a good alternative to Heptane, just make sure it evaporates clean (some camping fuels could be fine, others have anti-rust agents, not good)...

I can only say that the only chemically pure naphtha to find in Sweden is naphtha lightly hydrotreated (Gripen Bensin kemiskt ren). I make my pulls with zippo fluid with varying results. when Zippo fluid is new I get first 2-3 pulls white and fine crystals. when naphtha becomes yellowish results are the yellow crystals. I would like to try and wash them of course. where do you find "tvättnafta" I have tried without resaults sadly enough

I am familiar with the process. I would like to see some numbers for example 1g of this 100ml of that and so on.
Dont want to waste the goodies but i am prepared to offer some in learning process
