Greetings nexus! It's so great to finally join the conglomerate of minds and information. I've visited the site numerous times for specific snips of information but recently I've really gotten into the topics of consciousness, astral projection, crystals, life and death, chakras, and of course DMT.
I've heard it described as "awakening". Before the internet, discussions like this were restricted to quiet whispers in darkly lit basements or vague rumors by word of mouth, friend to friend. Having access to the wonderfully insightful reports and advice has made the difference for me during this period.
My name is Anthony, I was born in Vancouver so I've spent most of my life in the lower mainland area of British Columbia, Canada. I'm 28 years old and like to think of myself as reasonably sharp. I've got experience in many areas of construction specializing in carpentry, and have spent some time in the automotive industry including management. I can act like a know it all once in a while, but honestly it's the OCD wanting to help. Currently livin in

( I started collecting in 90' with a NES and never threw it away). Love fishtanks, dubstep, chevys, white sneakers, marijuana, sushi, Pink Floyd, films with plots, pitbulls huskies shepards, any meme with that really stoned guy, camping , paintball, annnnnd reflecting why I love it all so much.
I've had a pretty varied preferred substance history starting off with some doobies after school. I had a big drug phobia growing up seeing the results of addiction in my front yard, but changing how I think and feel once in a while was enjoyable, and before graduation I had dabbled in mary jane, mushrooms, LSD, DXM, nitrous oxide, MDMA and ecstasy, cocaine, freebase, and heroin. The latter more of a brief stumble through a dark place. All of my usage up until a couple years ago however was just a trip, a buzz. Never have I crossed over that line where one begins to wonder. Never before had I really wondered how we are connected and where it began, never had until recently.. Now everything it seems is questionable, all things I understand as fact and science have been blown to smoldering bits as the glowing fractals gently subside. My brief and recent usage of DMT has further opened my mind to new and startling ideas, but also in a large way opened the discussion of "WHAT the heck ARE we?" and "WHERE the heck are we HEADING?"
Currently I'm doing a lot of research on a variety of topics and spend a little time subscribing to conspiracy theories. I don't know if it's the conspiracy aspect or simply putting my own ideas on other theories, it's such a great way to widen that frame of reference. I find multi sourcing very important, but not for source battles, specifically for the different approach. I love discussing ideas and brainstorming. My next project is an ongoing phalaris garden and so far I've found tons of great support and suggestions here at nexus.
I look forward to chatting with all of you , and seeing the new artwork. I'll be starting with my first trip report and subsequent experiences, I look forward to your input.
