I'm using caapi tea almost daily now. I want to play it safe and I want to know how long I need to wait after using caapi before using a drug like MDMA. Does "reversible MAOI" mean that once the effect is gone, the risk is gone too? Is there a list of drugs how there that should be avoided on caapi?

HERE is a very nice comprehensive list that are (more and less) not recommended w/ MAOIs (Caapi, Rue, pharmaceuticals like Moclombemide), although I have seen it stated here multiple times that there is little to no risk eating things like cheese or avocados before, during or after MAO inhibition from Caapi or Rue. Beware of (ie. stay away from them entirely) pharmaceutical MAOIs though.

As far as MDMA and the like are concerned, better safe than sorry. The risk is death, and although death is nothing to be scared of, you certainly don't want to rush into it just because you couldn't wait to roll the day after having aya. I'm not positive how long exactly you should wait (search for how long it takes for Harmalas to leave the body entirely or wait for more replies), but I've heard a week recommended - is that really too much to ask?

Keep in mind that you should wait a minimum of a month (ideally 2-3) between rolls!

(great info on MDMA safety and maxing out on the experience)
In my country, the legal go-to psychoactive substance is ethanol. Sometimes my friends get wasted and tell the craziest stories about how they go out at night to harvest strange grasses in the light of the full moon. They claim to meet elves, white light and jaguars. These are their stories.

==DELETED===

I wrote a message first thinking you meant using aya only once every 2 months but I see you meant MDMA. I heard that there is some toxicity concern about harmala. How much should I be concerned about it? I guess there is not much reliable information out there about continuous (daily) use.

Well - don't just take my word for it (search the forum, search the web, don't submit to confirmation bias just because I have enjoyed it and read some nice stuff about it), but I think people's skepticism about Rue may be unfounded, based on Shulgin's skepticism about non-Harmala alkaloids in Rue (don't know about Caapi). As is stated in this lovely thread, it seems these alkaloids would only pose a risk for pregnant women/or women in general, possibly.

Definitely raises the question of whether my friends should be even interested in doing the Manske tek for their Changa. The other option is Gibran's Caapi tek, if you want to extract, that is.

[I'm sorry if this is confusing, Gibran's tek is for Caapi and the Manske is for Rue, but I am under the impression that both work for either. Anyone?]

P.S. I'm glad to answer questions, but if you did a google search on daily Harmalas, you will not only find a thread here that contains a post from someone who used them daily for six months (yes!) but if you put a little more work in, there's a Shroomery post on microdosing various substances and on one of the pages around no. 10, there's a guy with an avatar of the Earth who talks about how amazing daily Harmalas are.
