No, no need to make 10x vine.

Do a high proof ethanol extraction on the 10g of vine (it has to sit awhile). Filter, and let the resultant solution evaporate onto one gram of the leave of your choosing. Smoking vine even in small amounts isn't fun in my experience.

Could I also dissolve the spice in the ethanol before evaporating it onto the leaves of my choice ? Or should i do the enhnancing of the leaves with spice seperateley with acetone ?

Yup, you can dissolve the spice directly into the harmala saturated ethanol when you are ready to start evaporating. Don't add the spice until you have filtered the alcohol from the vine though.

About the ethanol.

Should i get ethanol denaturated with methanol ? or with bitrex ? Or is neither good ?
