In my limited personal experience I'd say upping the caapi to 50g is fine, especially if you already know the strength of the batch.
But if you're migrating from white to black caapi or something like that... well.. watch out, I guess.
I don't feel like I can overdo it on caapi, but also I don't want to take toooo much because it just doesn't seem to be necessary.
Saying that though, I will try a megadose of caapi one of these days (equiv. 150g boiled). I kind of expect to be physically immobilized and highly stupified.
