Hi is there anybody who know if there are differences between them?
Is the dmt % the same? I know that it has to do with age, climate ect. But I would love if somebody has tested both in aya and could tell if you experienced any differences. Any extra information is welcomed

I doubt that real mimosa hostilis root bark will differ that much between the two places at all.
For aya, start with 4-5g, and work your way up if needed.

For aya, start with 4-5g, and work your way up if needed. Thats what I wanted to hear, and thanks for reply. And I agree slowly moving upwards. Seen reports of first timers taking like 15 grams mimosa, thats like 150 mg of dmt if my math is right. Way to much for first time.

Is that not possible with the mexican? Like do they only have one strain of the mimosa Its from a trusted source, dont believe they would be fooled. Would not be in their customers intrest I imagine. But concerning anyway, you never know. Ive heard that too, that the bazil contains more. But is it a fact, I have no idea

Some people claim mexican is weaker(less yielding). I ordered once mexican from a vendor (they said it was stronger than brazilian), and it yielded only about 0.5%, lowest ever.

Thanks for you told me!! My gnome cat would otherwise bought mexican, the gnome will go with the brazilian. They told me the same thing Edit: Also, what about their brazilian mimosa, have you tried that? And was there 1 % dmt as it should be? Anyone is welcomed to answer this one

Some of the Brazil stuff doesn't appear to be hostilis at all, flower color, seed form etc are all inconsistent. It works great, no doubt, but at least one plantation sells jurema that is not MHRB but is some other closely related species. There is some speculation about what species it is. I think Mimosa diplotricha might be the identity, but that is my own opinion, others say it is Mimosa ophthalmocentra... but i am not convinced. Anyway the idea of consistency in plants is problematic. When studies of a single stand of plants examine many of them a range is almost always found in terms of chemistry. With cactus different specimens of a single clone can vary to an amazing degree. This type of thing is not uncommon and should be expected for Mimosa. One tree might be far weaker or stronger than another and averages will vary. I've heard good things about both the Mexico and Brazil material.

Anyone is welcomed to answer this one Gnomes should have enough DMT in their bodies already Brazilian often has 1% but this depends also on harvest time and other factors.

I've only ever extracted from Brazilian powder in the past and I usually pulled around 1%. I've got some whole mexican bark now that I will be extracting in the near future, I will make sure to post my yields in the thread Snozz linked too.
