Greetings all.
I was wondering if it would be acceptable to post pictures here of wild mushrooms I presume may be psychoactive? I wasn't sure about the guidelines for such things. Thanks!

There is no rule against it. People on the internet might be able to make some educated guesses as to the species of your mushrooms. But it takes a lot more than a picture to give a 100%, without-a-doubt diagnosis of a mushroom's species.

Im not an expert, but i do have some experience in this field. Please show the pics, mushroom porn is one of my favorites. Edit: I also know there are members here who are VERY good in this area, but i am not really sure how often they come by these days. Grower Growing active and sacred plants and mushrooms is fun. Chemistry and technology is fun. Anger, violence and restricting rules are NO fun...

Just by the gills alone, my first guess would be protostropharia semiglobata. Did you find them growing out of cow patties? Of course, as others said, it's better to go to the shroomery for a proper ID as i do not know any trusted mushroom taxonomists in the nexus Need to calculate between salts and freebases? Click here! I found them in a moist grassy area near the woods. And yes, they bruise a blue/purple when pinched.

They are indeed bluing. I can post more pics if that needs to be further indicated. The color is blue/purple.

Thanks for all of your input thus far guys. I'll post an updated pic soon. As they've been dried and handled more they've taken on a more blue tint.
