Now, the last 3 or 4 breakthrough hits have taken me back to almost the exact same place. It's a place I've been calling The Playground and is full of more or less humanoid beings who immediately rush up and start showing me things, introducing me to other beings, joining me on the train (only happened once, but this train can go vertically and upside down), and all of this while occasionally rotating me round, or leaning me back, so I can see the next thing.
You mention "the playground" and I can't help but feel like I know precisely what you're talking about. My beings tend to be a little less than humanoid, but it's like they instantly get to work on constructing a day-glo playhouse. They move up and around it, emitting different pure pitches in different parts of their sequential play.

Has anyone else returned to the same dimension or place with a dmt breakthrough? Does anyone think there's anything significant about doing so? I've often heard of the déjà vu/welcome home aspect of dmt but this really does seem like the same place and beings.
I return to the same place(s) all the time. I both return to specific rooms, as well as can't help but feeling that many if not most of these rooms are somehow interconnected into some larger super structure. Sometimes the rooms are inhabited, and sometimes not. Sometimes they are "active" and alive with energy and other times they're "dead". It's hard to say what the significance is other than it lends itself to the feeling of entering/returning to an autonomously real location. There are many lessons that can be intuited by studying how this place works and how it relates to all of the other objects and entities.

I should also mention that I hardly "feel" the breakthrough anymore, I take a huge hit or two from my bong (caapi/dmt sandwich), lay back and as I blow out the smoke I feel myself leave my body and wake up in The Playground with everything in full swing.
Seems natural IME. Sometimes the further out you go, or the more you return to a certain place, the easier time you have getting there. There may be mystical/energetic reasons for this, or it could be the result of biological psychedelic neuroplasticity where the more you use certain neurons (i.e. in observing hyperspace), the more easily "activated" they become.

Edit: I hope this is in the right section, I considered First steps in Hyperspace but then thought the question is probably easier answered by those of you who are more experienced.
This question is absolutely fine in this section or First steps. You don't have to worry about not being able to post in other areas of the forum. I personally always tend to keep a close eye on the welcome area and first steps, as do other experienced members, so anything you wanna put down there is fair game (as long as you follow the "attitude" ).

Again, from what I've read of others experiences, this certainly feels/seems like more than simply déjà vu. One member got transported to the same child's room so often that they were able to sketch out a layout of the room because they became so familiar with it.
...ah yes...that would be
